Real Estate AdvisorScotty was a Program Manager for BAE Systems for 18 years prior to becoming an Operations Manager for The Richards Group at Scenic Sotheby’s International Realty.
Scotty has extremely strong negotiation skills and is an expert at implementing contract to close. He not only brings a very personable level of interaction with his clients, he creates a sense of family and the intended genre of long-term relationships with all of his clients. His expertise in negotiation, inspection and repair details, and follow-through are just a few of his attributes. Scotty is now an established Global Real Estate Advisor with The Richards Group and is excited to continue his work with clients (both old and new) at Compass 30A.
Scotty hails from Meridian, Mississippi and has been residing on the gulf coast since the late 80s. In his spare time his love of the outdoors is showcase through his lens, providing exquisite photography, which has been published along the Gulf Coast, featuring wild life, sunsets, and sunrises. In addition, he enjoys traveling with his wife to equestrian events, along with the rescue dog Burbot.
