Allison Richards is the principal of The Richards Group (TRG), an exclusive, highly-ranked real estate team that has executed over $400 million dollars of transactions on 30A and in Miramar Beach, Inlet Beach, and Destin in just thepast five years. Since 2000, she has worked with hundreds of out-of-state clientsseeking luxury properties, from vacation homes and investment properties toboth primary and secondary residences.
