Welcome to Watercolor
An exclusive beach resort with a lush nature preserve and world-class amenities
What do you get if you combine a fun-in-the-sun beach resort with the outdoor adventure of a state park? You get the unique community of WaterColor. The neighborhood is sandwiched between an infamous coastal dune lake, Western Lake, and the community of Seaside. Many of the local shops and restaurants are nestled along 30A, a famous stretch of road that connects some of Florida’s most iconic Gulfside communities.
WaterColor is a picturesque master-planned community. Houses here are similar in design, with wrap-around porches and metal roofs. The streets are lined with trees, and there is a surprising amount of lush foliage around every corner. To the south are the magnificent white sandy beaches on the Gulf of Mexico coastline. Residents can find a lush community teeming with rows of pine trees, pocket parks with fountains, and well-maintained walking and biking trails.
The elegant WaterColor Beach Club overlooks the Gulf and has several restaurants and three heated swimming pools with poolside cabanas. There is also Camp WaterColor, a premier venue featuring a restaurant, playground, basketball courts, two pools with waterslides, and a lazy river.
Altogether, the community of WaterColor has nine pools, five tennis courts, pickle and bocce ball courts, and a soccer field. An amphitheater, several piers, and a dock make this community shine above others, especially for music and boating lovers. Residents and visitors can rent a bicycle to tour the town or grab a kayak or stand-up paddle board at the Boathouse to experience the community’s world-class recreation. There is so much to see and do in WaterColor. Here, residents will enjoy resort-style living at its finest — where every day feels like a vacation.
