WaterSound is a master-planned, gated community with single-family homes, cottages, condominiums, and townhomes.

Welcome to Watersound

A prestigious beach community meets solitude and natural wonder

WaterSound is a master-planned, gated community with single-family homes, cottages, condominiums, and townhomes tucked between Seagrove Beach and Seacrest Beach. Houses here are often reminiscent of maritime builds, with many boasting a Cape Cod look and feel. WaterSound features walking paths, parks, golf courses, a beach club, and dune walkovers to the beach. Several desirable residential developments reside in WaterSound, such as the exclusive communities of WaterSound Beach, WaterSound West Beach, WaterSound Origins, and the newly developed WaterSound Camp Creek.

WaterSound Beach and the slightly smaller WaterSound West Beach are located on 30A. The first thing you will see as you approach WaterSound is its sizeable gated entrance. Beyond it, you’ll find narrow, well-kept roads winding through a lusciously landscaped community with white picket fences, upscale homes, and manicured lawns.

WaterSound Origins is nestled off of South WaterSound Parkway and U.S. Highway 98. It is tucked alongside Lake Powell, one of Florida’s iconic coastal dune lakes. Origins is a bit more secluded and further from the beach than other developments. It is a gated community with a more rural appearance. Origins residents enjoy miles of trails, a par-three golf course and clubhouse, and memberships to other WaterSound amenities. Unlike other communities, Origins is restricted from vacation rentals. WaterSound Town Center is close by and has a grocery store and several retail and business shops.

WaterSound Camp Creek is the newest development in WaterSound and is located at Camp Creek. When completed, it will have 263 lots available to the public. Designed with the Camp Creek Golf Course in mind, WaterSound Camp Creek is a dream for any golf enthusiast. The golf course was built by famed architect Tom Fazio and was subject to a sight refresh in 2020. A boutique-style inn overlooks the course and offers guests access to Club amenities such as a wellness center, tennis courts, and a luxurious pool complex. WaterSound Camp Creek offers fantastic resort-quality amenities with proximity to the Camp Creek Golf Course and everything 30A offers.
